Ilium produces clothing with thoughtful pocket designs for your everyday items. Like other common clothing items, none of our products are intended to safely carry a firearm, without additional accessories (holster, belt, etc.) from other reputable companies. By purchasing an article of Ilium clothing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Compliance with Laws
You agree to adhere to all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes, regulations, and other forms of governmental authority ("laws") regarding Firearms policies, Self-defense, and Trespassing. Ilium mandates strict compliance with these laws when using, wearing, or otherwise employing any Ilium product. By purchasing, you, the customer, agree to these terms. - Assumption of Risk
All firearms are potentially dangerous and should only be handled by responsible individuals who have completed certified firearm safety training or possess equivalent competency. You, the consumer, assume any and all risks associated with using Ilium products. As Ilium cannot control how products will be used or by whom, we disclaim any liability for incidental or consequential damages to individuals or property arising from product use. You assume all risk for personal injury or death claims resulting from your use of our products. - Product Compatibility and Safe Handling
It is your responsibility to check and confirm the compatibility of your firearm with any accessories like belts, holsters, etc. prior to use with an Ilium garment. Always verify that your firearm is unloaded and safely test its fit in any holster or related product in an unloaded condition. Follow your firearm manufacturer's safety guidelines, and always treat your firearm as if it is loaded. - Safe Usage of Ilium Products
Ensure that your firearm is securely seated in the holster before removing your hand from the firearm. Ilium does not warrant the safety of any specific holster or firearm combination. Holsters should provide complete trigger coverage and sufficient retention to prevent accidental firearm removal, except through deliberate user action. Always keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot. - Assumption of Liability and Indemnification
You freely assume all risks when using an Ilium product. By purchasing, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Ilium and its affiliates from any and all claims, including those for accidents, injuries, or death related to the use of Ilium products. This includes risks associated with the accidental discharge of a firearm due to user negligence, misuse, or unsafe handling practices. - Product Wear and Maintenance
If an Ilium product becomes worn, loose, defective, or compromises the safe fit of your firearm accessories or firearm, discontinue use immediately. Contact Ilium for warranty instructions.
