Return and Exchange Policy
At Ilium, we get it—guys can be particular when it comes to style, and that’s a good thing. We want you to feel great about what you’re wearing, so our Return and Exchange Policy is all about keeping it easy and fair. Shop with confidence knowing we’ve got your back, and if something doesn’t quite hit the mark, we’ll help you make it right. After all, you deserve gear that feels as good as it looks.
Return and Exchange Timeframe
- 45-Day Return Window: We offer a 45-day window from the date of delivery to return or exchange items. This gives you ample time to experience our products and ensure they meet your expectations.
- Holiday Purchases: For holiday purchases, returns and exchanges are extended to 60 days, providing additional peace of mind during the gifting season.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- All items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased with a promotional discount (excluding site-wide sales) are eligible for return or exchange under the same conditions as full-price items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email me. Small startups are more flexible. Just shoot me an email at tom@iliumclothing.com and I'll get your return going.Â
- Use the Pre-Paid Return Label: For U.S. customers, we provide a pre-paid shipping label for both returns and exchanges, which must be used within 14 days of issuance.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt at our facility. Exchanges are shipped once the original item passes inspection.
Exchanges
- Free Exchanges: Exchanges are free within the U.S. when swapping for a different size or color of the same product. For other items, any price difference will be applied.
- One-Time Exchange Policy: Each item is eligible for one exchange per order. If further exchanges are needed, they will be processed as returns, and a new purchase can be made.
Returns for Refund or Store Credit
- Full Refunds: Returns for a full refund will not incur any processing fees. Alternatively, opt for store credit, and we’ll add an extra $15 to your credit for your next purchase.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, $10 will be deducted from the refund.
International Orders
- Due to the complexity of international logistics, all international orders are final sale. If you encounter any issues, our customer support team is here to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Shipping costs will be covered by Ilium.
Special Considerations
- Holiday and Event Return Extensions: Purchases made during major promotional events like Black Friday will follow our standard return terms. Holiday orders placed in December have an extended return window until 60 days after the initial purchase.
- Sustainable Packaging: We encourage customers to reuse the original packaging for returns, and our return bags are made from 100% recyclable materials.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- We aim to pack and ship your purchase as quickly as possible. Orders may be edited or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Beyond this time, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as processing begins promptly.
